Hi expert,
The voltage is 600V ~700V between DC+ and DC- from OBC. But the high voltage has big noise. So the noise is coupled to low voltage side of UCC12051, results in 134℃ temperature, EN pin uncontrol and VINP voltage volatility range 2V to 7V.
After Y cap C777 is changed to GND from GND1, the fault disappear. Can you help analyze why the noise cause the fault on the low voltage side and help review the low side schematic?
