In summary I would like to know the distribution (normal, continuous uniform,..?) and spread (3sigma?) of the tolerance on PLIM and ILIM.

Hello Amrit,

We would like to use the TPS2663 device to limit the current drawn by a laser module, thereby limiting the optical output power of the laser. The "current drawn versus optical output power" graph of the laser has a stochastic element in it. By combining this information with the distribution data of the TPS2663's ILIM we can derive the probability of getting laser power above the USL, which is needed to proof compliance.
