Dear Sir,
we measure the discharging curve by keeping display on, and found the reported SOC is not linear. Is there any way to improve the SOC accuracy?

Hi Peter,
That is a question for the battery manufacturer. We do not control how the battery discharges.

Dear Mike,
I also test the charging curve w/ the same battery, but the reported SOC(blue curve) is very linear. But why the reported SOC linearity of discharging is so poor compared w/ charging? Is there any way, ex. battery training, to improve the reported SOC accuracy of discharging mode.
Hi Peter,
The charge and discharge SOC depend on the requested current, the system load, and several other factors. The load of the display may not be linear and may change. We do not control the SOC with the BQ25600 as it has no feedback other than the charge regulation voltage during CV phase to know if charge is complete. Please check your battery manufacturer and observe system load during charging and system load during discharging.

Mike Emanuel
Dear Mike,
Sorry it's my fault, the case should be related to Fuel Gauge(bq27421), I'll issue another case
