I would like to confirm this again

So, even if the EN pin voltage is above 1.15V as recommended in datasheet, we need software support to generate the output.

Is my understanding is correct?

In datasheet it is provided that high voltage at EN pin enables the device.

Could you please explain the working in detail..

    When EN is high, VCC supply is enabled and the I2C is ready for communication. Need OE bit to enable it.
