Hello,

Our customer wants to program BQ76952 on our programmers. He can provide only .csv file. This file is bit complicated to use with third party programmers. For similar battery management products like BQ275xx TI offer s possibility to programming devices with user friendly programming formats - Flash Stream File format (*.bqfs, *.dqfs). It is possible to convert .csv file to Flash Stream File or other simply usable programming file?

Hello Alexis,

I'm worry but this cannot work. We've asked customer to export his csv file but he refused. We also cannot export memory stream, because we don't own evaluation kit, and without one bqstudio won't work.

What do you mean by sending you a configuration file with testing data?

We do not create custom configuration files for customers, this is just not a service we provide. Customers are responsible for knowing their system and configuring the device in the manner that they want.

We are, however, able to check their configuration and provide advice on how to configure the device for specific functionality.

Note that you can still export the default config values from BQStudio without any device connected.
