TIDM-1000 reference design | TI.com
In the TIDM-1000 schematic, the inductance value of PFC inductor (53PR116-292) L2/L4/L5 is 2mH, with a peak current of approximately 15A. According to the inductance energy storage formula L * I * I=450mH.A.A。 If using iron silicon aluminum magnetic rings, the 77102 grade should be used, and the outer diameter of the 77102 magnetic ring is 103mm. If using ferrite magnetic cores, the volume will be even larger. But your actual PFC inductance is not that large(only 53mm), why is that?
Also, could you please let me know how many turns there are in the coil?
Tom,
TIDM-1000 does not use UCD3138. Do you have any questions on UCD3138?
If not, please submit a new post with the related TI PN in the subject for the right team to address your question.

I don't know which subject for TIDM-100, I just want to know the turns in the coil. Would you please shift it to relate team, thanks !
Tom,
More details of magnetic part should be available from magnetic vendor.
TIDM-1000 is based on TI's "C2000" device.
If you have any question related to C2000 or UCD3138, mention that particular part in the subject and post your question for better support.
