BQ76952EVM: EVM will not connect on Windows 11

Hello,

My BQ76953EVM does not appear on my Windows 11 PC.

However, it appears, loads the driver, and connects just fine on my Windows 10 PC.

I have tried different USB ports and it doesn't appear in Device Manager.

Is there a specific USB driver I need to download?

Hi Dominic,

The EVM should use the integrated Windows HID and should not need any special drivers.

Are all three green LEDs lit? If no, then try swapping the USB cable or the USB port. If yes, then the issue is most likely with the computer, not the EVM, and is outside of our ability to debug.

Hi Max,

Yes, all LEDs are ON.

It's definitely specific to my Windows 11 laptop as the same hardware and cable works with my Windows 10 laptop.

I looked at the thread and that was my issue!

I got a new keyboard and the LogitechLampArray Service is somehow causing the EVM HID not to work.
