Could you tell us about the switching frequency and dead time of the BQ25730?
In order to select a FET, I need to know how much dead time it has at 800kHz and 400kHz as listed on the datasheet.
The AON6362 FET used in the BQ25730EVM is a very fast FET.
Do you have any guideline values for Qg, Tr/Tf, Delay, etc. required for FETs?
