Hi,

The Shutdown command is not working both by sending two time the Shutdown command to a Sealed Gauge within 4 seconds and by unsealing and sending the command. Normally all Gauges go into shutdown mode after I send the commands, but some batteries do not go into Shutdown mode. There is also no electrical connection PACK pin so the voltage is not the root cause. Is it possible that the atatched log file can be reviewed to identify the root cause?
