Hi team,

This is FAE Jayden, continuing from the previous E2E thread, how long does it take for the device to enter the latch state and exit the latch state after the input voltage is undervoltage? Customers need this time to calculate the resistor used to avoid latch-up current.

    Hi,

    Latch-up on reliability is a fault tolerance level which basically should be avoided by observing the datasheet specs.  Most common causes are not to follow the datasheet specs. If you do not, and enter the latch-up, basically the IC will be in mal function and can also be damaged. If you follow the datasheet specs there will be no latch-up.
