BQ76930: balancing on has no effect

Hi E2E：

We design a product with BQ7693006.

The IC can read the voltage, can control the charge and discharge.

But it cannot start by cell balance on.

We set 50MV start balance has no effect. it showes one of the batteries voltage will still rise.

    Hello Tommy,

    I do not see that you have any external cell balancing components, so balancing current will be very low.

    It is likely that balancing current is too slow, so it may take a long time to properly balance.
