Hi,

I would like to use this device to convert 24V input to 0-15.5V output and 0-3.5A output.
This device can only generate Vmin = 0.8V.  How do I get down to 0V and 0A output?

    Hi Luke,

    As the datasheet described, the min recommended output voltage is 0.8V. The operation below Vout=0.8V is not guaranteed by TI.

    If you want to get 0V, you can write OE=0, and enable load discharge function to get 0V.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I am evaluating this device for our power supply design.
    Do you have any reference design that is suitable for the following specs:

    Input voltage: 24V
    Output Voltage range: 0 - 15.5V
    Output current range: 0 - 3.5A (across voltage range).
    Digitally controlled by Microcontroller for Output Voltage and Output current.

    Hi Luke,

    From theoretically, it is hard to output such output voltage at 24Vin, the operation can't be guaranteed.

    TPS55289 is more suitable here except the 0V output voltage.
