Hi,

In HPA421 Evaluation model.Where I connected the Lithium Polymer Battery(14.8V).But the Model not yet to start up the Charging when I connected the Battery with the EVM.What are the things am I check through Hardware.The LEDS Like Status pin are always Blinking and PG inidcates Red color.

Hi,

My Input Voltage is 20V and its given through DC Power Supply.But the EVM can't change the status according to the STAT Pin Definition for BQ24600.Thank you.

Hello Vignesh

Please refer to section 7.3.14 Temperature Qualification:

Your device is running into charge suspend, because your battery does not have a thermistor. If you place a 10k resistor in between the TS terminal and GND Therminal, It should resolve the issue.
