Hi,

referring to document SLVUC22 pg14 (TPS62913-IBB-EVM Schematic), can I replace SI1902CDL-T1-GE3 with NTJD4401NT1G (from OnSemi)?

My design as below.

Input Voltage: +12V

Output Voltage: -5V

VCC: +12V

If NTJD4401NT1G not suitable to support my design, can you recommend a part replacement for SI1902CDL-T1-GE3?

I wanted to ask if SIA928DJ-T1-GE3 is suitable for my design use? I intend to use SIA928DJ-T1-GE3 instead of NTJD4401NT1G as the VGS +20V. sia928dj.pdf
