    Hi Monisha, 

    Thank you for reaching out. 
    Please see the following comments regarding the schematic:

    • Capacitor at VEE_D (C699) is recommended to be 0.1 uF (100 nF) , not 1 uF.
      1uF should also be OK, but it can be decreased to 0.1 uF

    Else, all connections and values look good. I also agree with the added CAD notes on the schematic for layout guidance.
