Tool/software:

Landpattern.

We received a land pattern from TI.
When I compare with the one I generated I found that 3 of the pads are inverse.

These pads are described as Solder Mask Defined.

  1. According to me the 3 pads (arrows) should be inverse as what the Zip file from TI shows.
  2. Green should be exposed coper and blue coper with mask.
  3. The TI NSM pads are inverse of what they should be.
