TPS1685: Use TPS1685 as switch

Part Number: TPS1685

Tool/software:

Hi!

I am in design stage and now I use TPS48xx for 24v 15A loads (80V max expected).

I would prefer integrated solution, and I see that TPS1685 may be this solution.

It would not switch fast, I expect from switch basically switching and OC protection with I monitor and fault output.

Here is my TPS48xx based solution:

As you see pretty much components I would like to evade, especially because I have 4 channels like this (not parallel, independent)

And with TPS1685 it looks like solution will look much smaller with all functions I basically need:

What do you think about it?

Or there is some change between eFuse and high-side switch that I don't understand?

Thanks!
