For TPS23881 Sifos test, we have two iusse as below. Now I upload test report as attached file.

30W 802.3at: The test result is fail at det_range and class time. Could you please help give some suggestions to debug this?
60W 802.3bt: It seems TPS23881 can't output the waveform and PSA-3000 can't get the data. Is the FW or PSA-3000 need to special configuration?

Update the 2nd issue for 60W. It can be nomal after we set PSE config to Class based power limiting & Dynamic power policing. So please help check the first issue for fail item. Many thanks.

Hi William,

Looks like it is a Icon issue related to "Maximum sustained load current as a % of Icon for a Class X PD, the minimum required load current associated with Pclass. To pass, this should be ≥ 100%." And Rgood/Cgood... issue related to detection and classification.

Could you share the schematic and layout? It may be related to the current sensing resistance (0.2 Ohm, better > 0.3W), Kelvin connection layout (not including copper trace that will be added into the current sensing voltage).

1. For 30W port, it seems that all the items is pass now. Please help review

2. For 60W port. Most of items is pass except for some info items as below picture. Are these items critical and can we ignore these info items?

Hi William,

Thanks for your updates and looks we only have INFO and PASSED items now. INFO marks are not specification failures.

TI’s EVM also has Backoff_Voltage_Ss and Backoff_Time_SS as info. For other items related to SS (short circuit), it could be related to the FET characteristic. CSD19538Q3A used in TI EVM and WMQ10N10TS used here.
