Tool/software:
Dear TI TEAM, when looking at the datasheet of the UCC27211DR, driver IC, I was unable to find the internal Dboot diode's peak current capability.
In my application, My
1. Vdd is- 15V
2. Cboot- 220 nF`
3. Fsw- 100 kHz
So, I need to know if External Rboot is required ??
If I have Dboot's peak current rating, then only I can finalize the Rboot vaue.
Kindly reply ASAP.
