Hi
Does the TLV704 LDO have a static current and input voltage curve similar to the one shown in Figure 1? The output voltage is 3.3V, and the input voltage needs to start from 0V. The relationship between static current and input voltage on the datasheet shows that the input voltage starts from 3V, as shown in Figure 2; Does TI have an LDO that can maintain its own static current at around 3-10uA when Vin ≤ Vout+Vdo?

Hi
Is there a certain model of LDO working in dropout state, and can the electrostatic current of LDO still be maintained at around 3-5uA
Hi Susan,
We are unable to provide a quiescent current vs. input voltage graph for input voltages below the 3V Vin threshold shown in figure 6-14 of the TLV704 datasheet. If TLV704's quiescent current is unacceptably high, the TPS709B is a lower Iq alterative which includes a control loop to reduce Iq in dropout operation. TPS709B is footprint-compatible with the TLV704.
Best Regards,
Alex Davis
