Hi, I just bought EV2400 on digikey, connected it to a computer on win11, but I couldn't update it with the EV2400_Updater_v0032.exe utility (Error: No Free EV2400s Detected.), with the -s flag the program opens and immediately closes. BQSTUDIO also doesn't detect the EV2400 connection, neither when it's alone, nor when it's connected to a working BQ25756EVM.
In the computer, the device manager detects it as a hid compliant vendor defined device and USB input device (two devices at the same time).
It doesn't respond to the reset button (which is on the device)
All three LEDs are constantly on all the time.
I checked it on two different computers with win11, the behavior is absolutely the same.

What could be the problem?

    Hello,

    Restart your computer and make sure not to have any BQStudio programs open when you run the EV2400_Updater_v0032.exe

    This did not help at all, the situation is the same, on both computers.
    I also tried on the third computer, it is also on win11, but has not received updates for a long time, and there are practically no other programs on it. And on it I was able to update the firmware to v0.32!. Also, BQSTUDIO installed on this computer saw the device. But unfortunately, when trying to read or write registers, I see the error "Device ACK Error", while no communication occurs on the i2c line, EV2400 still constantly lights all three LEDs. On the debug board BQ25756EVM, several LEDs on the stat1, stat2, pg lines are blinking or constantly on.
    I use BQSTUDIO-TEST, because I do not see the download button on BQSTUDIO-STABLE

    The address was set incorrectly, need to switch to D4(6A), works on the new win11, and win10. Does not work on work computers with win11. Does not connect.

    Hello Rostislav, 

    Seems there might be windows environment settings on the work computer for the ev2400 not to work on there.
