Tool/software:
May I please have the schematic, layout, and gerber files for TPSM64406EVM? I'm using OrCAD but if from a different CAE platform, I'll get an appropriate converter.
Hi Mark,
These items (minus the gerber files) are available on the product page. Please send over your email, and I can send the design files there.
Thank you,
Joshua Austria

In the EVM link you provided, I do not see any files (archive or otherwise) that could contain schematic or board layout files.
Hi Mark,
The User's guide has the schematic and screenshots of the layout layers. Also I just realized that you can find the desired board files here in this thread.
Thank you,
Joshua Austria
Joshua,
I'm looking for CAE files that have been generated by CAE software. One would be an editable schematic file from software like OrCAD or Altium. The net list from that file would have been used to create an editable board layout file. Which is the layout file? What software was used to generate these files? It is not obvious from the file extensions (".XXXXX").
Right now, gerber, drill, or other manufacturing files are useless to me.
Hi Mark,
These files are generated through Altium, and should be accessible through that program. You can unzip the file and open the entire project using Altium by clicking the BSR281.PrjPcb file. From there, you should be able to navigate the entirety of the board.
Thank you,
Joshua Austria
So close!
OrCAD's translator documentation says the file named "BSR281.SchDoc" must be exported in ASCII format. The instructions are simple. May I send them?
Hi Mark,
Yes you can, and I will see what we can do.
Thank you,
Joshua Austria
Hi Mark,
You can either take a screenshot or send over the link.
Thank you,
Joshua Austria
Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, we are unable to support this request. The translation of our provided Altium schematics will have to be done by you as we cannot use that program.
Thank you for understanding,
Joshua Austria
If you have Altium, export the .SchDoc file as ASCII. It is a simple operation shown on page 3 of the linked pdf.
It also needs the BSR281_Hardware.SchDoc file to be ASCII. After that, it should be good to go. Thanks for your patience.
The output looks pretty good in OrCAD X Capture. There might be differences using the ASCII export but the import to OrCAD 23.1 looks excellent to me.
Thanks
