Hi Expert,

Customer download the UCC28740 SIMPLIS model, but there is an error when they try to open it. Can you help solve it?

Hi Beida,

It looks like they do not have Simplis installed on their system. If they don't have Simpis, the excel design calculator tool is the next best thing.

HI Beida,

I Don't have Simplis on my system. I can check with others on the team to see if there is a version compatibility issue. If you have Simplis properly installed, the model should load.

HI Beida,

I just confirmed the model loads in Simplis. If you are using a trial version of Simplis it does limit the number of components in a schematic. That could be the issue you are seeing.

That makes sense, Unfortunately the trial version of Simplis is very limited.
