Is it possible to do lossless RDS(on) current sensing with LMG2100R044 ?
e.g. ISENS+/- can be connected to the LGP and LG pins of Innoscience ISG3202LA.
ISENSE+/- is a differential pair input on the SMPS that can measure between the source and drain of the low side FET.
It doesn't look like the low side gate pins are exposed, and I'm not aware of another way.
If not, is there an alternative GaN FET rated for at least 80V continuous, 100V transients and 25A preferred (ort 20A min) ?

Can you please share a diagram or some reference document on how the LGP and LG pins are being used to do lossless Rdson sensing. It will help me understand the requirement with more clarity.

You meant Rds(on) sensing using LG and SW-PGND (as drain -source pins), right?
LMG2100R044 doesn't has gate pin exposed. But, we can use LI pin as gate pin with RC delay equivalent to propagation delay from LI to gate(33ns). Let me know if this approach can work.
We don't have GaN FET rated 80V. You can take a look at LMG2100R026 (power stage similar to LMG2100R044 but with 2.6mohm FET and better current capability).
Can you let me know the topology, application and current sense accuracy required? Might be able to suggest something better.
