I have an issue using PSpice and I need help to solve it.
ERROR(ORPSIM-15139): Time step = 703.5E-21 is too small in Transient Analysis at Time = .182. Minimum allowable step size = 1.000E-18. The device which is changing too fast is X_U1.X_u6_U47.D_D1.
Can you help me understand what might be causing this error and how to fix it? Is is a configuration problem or is it related to the spice model? Thank you.
