Hi, 

I am searching  for a load switch with higher current ( 5A ) with this package (SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6), if is anything is available Please let me know. 

Note:- We are using this part no (TPS27081ADDCR), this is with 3A. Now we need to change with 5A with same pin mapping.

    Hi Jahanvi,

    We don't have similar devices (6 pin or SOIC/SOT package with 5A current carrying capacity). Also most of our load switches are NFET based. This one is PFET based. 

    For 5A load switches, I can recommend devices like TPS22975 which is 6A device with smaller package size (4mm^2).
