We are looking for GAN based refernce design with universal ac input & output is 16.8Vdc/5A.

Do TI have any refernce design for the same?

(Part LMG3100R017 mentioned is only for refernece, solution can be on any TI GAN)

Pmp41145 Looks good to start with.

16.8V is output voltage we need. Max cureent with suggested solution by you is 3.5A or it be increased also?

With 16.8V and 3.5A , it would be 58.8W which will be ok

Also is thwre any tool which gives transformer or other h/w changes to be done with 16.8V/3.5A

PMP41145 can deliver 3.5A at 16.8V

1. Can current be increased from 3.5Amps also or max it can go upto 3.5A only

2. Also what are hardware changes to be done in PMP41145?

3. Can you share trasnformer details as well

Yes, it can go up to 3.5A,

you need to change the feedback resistor to 16.8V

current transformer Np:Ns=7:1 for 20V, if you want to keep same reflection voltage for 16.8V, choose Np:Ns around 8.3, and Lm=180uH for your design
