Does the capabilities mismatch bit still get set in the in the USB PD request even though GPIO is not toggled?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    This is an output pin on the PD controller that alerts an external EC/MCU that the PD contract was negotiated with the capabilities mismatch bit, so if the PD contract has the bit set, the GPIO should always toggle.
