has someone more information for Plasma display drivers SN755870 and SN755881 ?

I found partly infomation :

 but no true information about VHHD voltage, someone say it s 100v, or 140 or 165v etc

Someone say it will NOT work below 40-48v, but i have testes it with 27v and it work, other person say no ...
