BQ34Z100-G1: Configuring the BQ34Z100 using the EVM2400

I am trying to configure the BQ34Z100 using the EV2400. When I enable continuous scanning, the error message "No acknowledge from the device" appears.
1. The device is connected to PORT2 via I2C.
2. The EV2400 is detected in the device Manager under the Human Interface Devices section as a USB input device.

Hello Archana,

Can you confirm that the BQ34z100 chip is fully powered up? Also, can you share a screenshot of BQStudio with the error message appearing.

Hello Archana,

Seems that either the device is not powered up or there is a communication issue with BQStudio. Can you check the voltage on SDA and SCL to make sure the voltages are pulled up. Also, can you check the voltage from REG25.
