TPS63901: Causing fluctuating current when MCU(MSP430FR2475) is in LPM3.5

Part Number: TPS63901
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR2475

Tool/software:

Hi,

in addition to my previous thread about the TPS63901

https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1459205/tps63901-current-in-sleep-mode-of-custom-pcb-should-be-around-7ua-stable-but-current-from-buck-boost-converter-is-fluctuating-from-7ua-to-20ua

I have tested more to determine the exact issue of the fluctuating current. It looks like the 4 power supplies TPS63901 causing it.

When i desolder the TPS63901 power supplies and directly connect all psu outputs to the main power supply, i have a stable 30nA current usage in LPM3.5 on the MSP430FR2475 without any other IC's in circuit.

If i put the power supplies back then again i see the fluctuating current from 30nA to 12uA, which i mentioned in my previous thread.

Is this because of the not 100% correctly design?
