Tool/software:

We are looking for an LED driver with the following specification:
Vin 3 to 12, better 20V.
Vled 22V with 100 mA current.
The backlight should be controlled via PWM.
The decisive criterion is a low duty cycle so that the LED current can also be controlled at low levels. We have tested the TPS61500 and do not get far enough down.
Is there an alternative component?

    May I ask what is the end-equipment of your application? Does VIN have a fix choice from 3~12V, or it has large dynamic range from 3V to 12V?
