UCC28950: Power supply controller solution compatible with DC input 155V 2

The UCC28950 is an isolated solution.  If you design it yourself there are recommendations in the following thread that will help you with the design.

Your power level is 105 W and could be handled by an active clamp flyback (ACF) and should be able to meet your efficiency requirements.  TI has an ACF controller part number ucc28780 that you can use for this application.
