Hello Audrius,

Can you confirm that you added the same components mentioned in the thread and fixed the issue?

In the above thread the system is suffering from voltage transients. The resistor added in series with the battery line and Vs seemed to solve the issue.

Negative voltage spike on output burned out SCR pin. Added C3 100nF - solved the issue
