LMG1210: LMG1210 either Synchronous Bootstrap or normal bootstrap can't work

Are you using PSpice for this simulation? PSpice is our recommended simulator for our gate driver models and the models may not work correctly in other programs.

It looks like there is no dead time applied to the HI and LI inputs causing shoot through when both outputs are on. I suggest adding dead time so that one output is fully off before the other output turns on.

What is the issue seen with the normal bootstrap circuit? Can you plot the differential voltage across HO2 and HS2?

Hello Walter, thank you for your answering. I used the Lt-spice for simulation.and here is the normal bootstrap circuit's plots.

I set the two signal with near 7ns dead time(the switching frequency may be the 13.56MHz), thanks for your answer!

And the design guide is form the document “Get the Most Power from a Half-Bridge with High Frequency Controllable Precision Dead Time Jeff Mueller,High Power Drivers”. And now I am confused about why my two circuits' outputs(can be seen in HS) is very low? And is my parameters correct? Thank you!

Can you try increasing the bootstrap capacitor size from 22nF to a larger value around 470nF?
