We made a batch of batteries, but during the aging learning process of the production line, only a few batteries made multiple cycles, and Max error 100% and FCC values could not be updated, which means that the learning failed. There are LOG and GG files attached, please help analyze the data.

The actual capacity of the battery is OK, why in a batch of batteries, only a few batteries can not learn successfully?

I re-made the CEDV data, but the SOC error in the GPC report is relatively large, and it is difficult to adjust to PASS = 1. Please kindly attach the data to help optimize it

Hello,

You should not need to calculate these parameters, they are given in the GPCCEDV tool. Please ensure that you have correctly programmed the parameters given in the GPCCEDV tool to the gauge. Please also ensure that you are discharging to the EDV2 voltage.
