Hello,

That situation is considered a short to GND (STG) this device is AEC-Q100-012 certified. The details of this procedure can be found in section 8.2.2.2 of the datasheet. This also includes the three test methods; long pulse, cold repetitive short-circuit test – short pulse, and hot repetitive short-circuit test.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your quick reply, do you know what is the test condition for that? we want to check if tie out directly to GND with RPU on, whether it will damage the rpu internal?
