UCC25660: Want Tina Ti Simulation model for verifying circuit

I am developing an E-vehicle charger using PMP41106. I have taken a SPICE model of the PFC controller UCC28180, but I have some doubts regarding the output graph. I am seeing a value around 170k on the Y-axis and am unable to understand it. Can you please help me interpret the graph?

Additionally, I want to simulate an LLC model using UCC25660, but I haven’t found any SPICE model for it on TI’s website. Can someone please help me find the model?

Hi Saif,

We don't have any spice or Tina model available for the UCC25660 controller.

Can you please post the graph that you want to be interpreted?
Also post a copy of the PSpice schematic involving the UCC28180 circuit.

Hi Saif,

You can use the design calculator for the initial value around the controller. And then you can evaluate them on the hardware prototype. We are planning to release a simplis model this year. Not sure whether you have access to simplis license.

Just FYI, If you are trying to validate just LLC, you could use any spice software. You don't need to use the controller model in order to validate the LLC design.
