TPS23755: Change transformer

Hi,

Since there is a need for redesigning due to a new mechanical, we want to reduce the size of the DCDC transformer.

May I ask if the original DCDC transformer model, LDT0950-50, can be replaced with the model PC1312-002SR? Do you have any similar cases? (Inductance change from 150uH to 60uH.)

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Reducing inductance will cause winder DCM range, PSR could be influenced especially at light load. 

    I would recommended you to double check with Linkcom if PC1312-002SR is suitable for PSR and 250kHz?

    Does transformer vendor know the PD application for PSR and 250kHz?

    And as your descroption, seem not recommend using PC1312-002SR for new design?

    or any other schematic we can adjust for Inductance change from 150uH to 60uH?

    Actually we want reduce the transformer size since reference design LDT0950-50 is big.

    Or you have better suggestion for transformer part number with smaller size?
