    Hi Grady,

    Pin 6 should be grounded; it appears to have been left floating.

    The datasheet layout guidelines also recommend grounding the NC for best thermal performance, but this is optional.

    I see locations for all the critical elements we recommend (feedback resistors, input/output capacitors).
