Dear Sirs and Madams,
We are beginning to evaluate the TPS25751EVM using the Application Customization Tool.
We installed Windows runtime from the screen below.
The application customization tool will launch successfully and the status in the bottom left will say "Hardware Connected."
After setting the parameters, when you go to "Flash to Device" and select either "Flash to device form current configuration" or "Flash to device from binary file", the following screen appears and writing is not possible.
I tried the following but there was no change:
- Reconnecting EVM
- Restarting Windows
- Clearing the browser cache
I thought the TPS25751 was broken, so I tried replacing the device, but the problem was not improved at all.
When I tried writing a binary file using Aardvark, I was able to write data to EEPROM.
It looks like TIVA is not working properly.
If you are familiar with this situation, please let me know how to deal with it.
