customer tie EN and latch pin together, and found that the latch function failed to successfully latch FAULT fault, could you pls help analyze it? thanks.

I see that there is a PWM signal what frequency is this running at?

Hey

The maximum frequency spec'd in the datasheet is 2kHz this application is operating outside the recommended design parameter and cannot be supported.

Pls help analyze it based the sch i shared, and i have below more quuestion:

The TPS1HC100-Q1 is used in the following applications, please help to answer why the HSD shutdown delay is 50ms after reaching current limit 1A in channel 4 below?

Channel 4 is the current value on the red line below

The current protection threshold is 1A
DIAG_EN stabilizes at high level at the current time

As expressed before when a datasheet specification is violated the application cannot be supported.
