TPS92641: TPS92641 : Cause of Overshoot at the rising edge of the current waveform

Hi,
I am using your TPS92641 to drive a laser.
When I use the SDIM pin to dimming the light with PWM, there is an overshoot at the rise of the current waveform as shown in the figure below.
I think this is caused by the IC control and not by high frequency noise, can you help me find the cause?
Below are the details of the circuit.
Vin : 60V
Vout : 40V
Iout : 3A
fsw : 250kHz
fsdim : 2kHz
