TPS561243: Request to Functional safety FIT value and Failure Mode Distribution, Gate scale that meet Siemens standard SN29500

I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following part number TPS561243DRLR, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

Additionally, I would also like to have some help with the Gates/Transistors scale per SN 92500-2 for the same part TPS61287RZPR, this could be highlighting the SN29500-5 table 5.

It would be appreciated that you could prioritize this matter.

Hi Sijia,

We typically don't have functional safety documentation pre-prepared for our non-automotive parts. We provide the same for our auto parts with "-Q1" succeeding the part number.

Hi Gautam,

The input voltage range of TPS54618C-Q1 is much lower than TPS561243DRLR and their control methods are different, could you recommend an alternative that more similar with TPS561243DRLR, and has the functional safety report?
