DEAR TI TEAM,

I'm currently working on a UCC28950-based Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge (PSFB) converter targeting a 410VDC input and 50VDC, 20A output. I used the WEBENCH Power Designer to generate a reference circuit, which I then recreated and simulated in TINA-TI.

To assist with troubleshooting, I've attached my TINA-TI simulation file (.TSC). I'd really appreciate it if someone could review it and point out what I might be missing.1KW 50V 20A.TSC

Can't find the reasons behind not working of this circuit. Point out the mistakes (if any)

I have used Tina-TI software for simulation.

Hello,

I would start by running the unmodified Tina model that uses a full power stage and has already been debugged for you. Then I would modify that model based on the Webench parameters this will save time on the modeling debug process.

I have even tried the excel file. but didn't get any positive results also used slua560d application note, but it lacks some calculations and it isn't work also.

Kindly guide us with some more reference or point the issues in the above given circuit and if possible, provide then BOM for 50V 20A specs output.

I am reviewing the TINA model shared. Meanwhile can you confirm whether you are facing the same issue with TI provided TINA model (link shared by Mike) also?
