    Hello George,

    Once again, thanks for being patient with this response.

    I have a few suggestions for the layout:

    • Make sure HIDRV is routed close to SW. SW is the return path for HIDRV. Make sure both of these traces are greater than 20mils in width.

    • Make sure that LODRV isn't routed directly next to HIDRV or SW. Make sure that LODRV is routed next to GND or parallel to a GND plane.

    • Make sure HIDRV, LODRV, and SW traces are greater than 20mils in width. To reduce the inductance of the traces further, I would recommend using 30mil or 40mil thick traces.

    • I would also recommend moving the VAC capacitors closer to the IC.
