I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following part number SN74LVC1G06DCKR, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

I found the FMD in the below question thread, but can I obtain the formal Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report?
