Below is MOSFET datasheet. could you help me check the SOA?

6064.PSMN4R8-100BSE.pdf

From below picture I am not sure it can support such high current or not

Two MOSFETs (PSMN4R8-100BSE) would be needed. One is not enough to limit the MOSFET junction temperature to a safe value. Please see the below design calculator.

Please use 1mΩ current sense resistance. 0.5mΩ is not suitable.

Why is a 100V MOSFET used in a 12V design? 30V MOSFETs should be used for 12V systems. 30V MOSFTEs come with lower ON resistance. Hence, lesser number of MOSFETs would be needed to carry the same amount of current.
