Hello!!

After performing the charge and discharge tests according to the learning procedure, I attempted to generate the golden image but it failed as shown below. What could be the issue?"

    Hello Jimmyeong,

    Could you confirm that you are using BQstudio, updated chemID, data memory along with completing a learning cycle? Also can you confirm that it this is a EVM or custom PCB lastly that your system is using the latest firmware version and if this is a constant issue or a one time issue.

    Hello. Alan

    I have tested by using BQStudio and the EVM.
    I have completed the ChemID update, data memory configuration, and the learning cycle according to the procedure. (I referred to document SLUA903.)
    I am also using the latest firmware.

    When generating a golden file by selecting only the SREC, it was created successfully.

    However, when selecting all file formats, an error still occurs.
