Hi team,

We measured the spike voltage of the SW node at different temperatures.

At low temperatures, spikes exceeding 20V were observed.

It appears that the clamping by the protection diode is not working.

Does it really have a clamp diode built in?

It is said that it becomes effective at 19.5V or above, but does the clamping voltage change at low temperatures?

Vin Voltage is 13.2V.

at 13Vin , 0.85Vout , 20A at room temperature I see 18.05 V pk-pk on SW directly measuring at the IC

may I know what is the fsw, Vout .

pls share schematic and layout for the design

Hi Savith,

Could you please check whether the switch node voltage increases at low temperatures?

It broke at low temperatures, so I am checking whether the switch node voltage changes with temperature.
